(1) That In just 365 days in the Red Chambers of the National Assembly, Sen. Orji has sponsored eight famous bills, which when enacted, have the capacity to place Nigeria among the leading countries of the world in all ramifications.
(2). That these famous bills includes:
(A) The Nigerian Investment Promotion Council Act Cap N 117 2004 Repeal and Reenactment Bill (1st Reading), with the objective to further encourage, promote and co-ordinate investment in the Nigerian economy;
(B) National Planning Process Bill 2015, SB.73 (1st Reading);
(C) Deep Offshore and Inland Basin Production Sharing Contracts Act CAP PD3 LFN 2004 (Amend­ment), Bill 2015 (SB – 11 9) (2nd Reading).
(d) The Nigerian Biodiversity Bill 2015 (SB 79), (1st Reading);
(e) Constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria 1999 (Alteration),
(f) Portfolio Designation Bill 2015 (1st Reading), Deoxyribonucleic Acid (DNA), Bill 2015 (SB 78), (1st Reading);
(g) A bill for an Act to Establish a Centre for Diseases Control and other Related Matters (1st Reading)
(h) Food Security Bill, 2015 (2nd Reading), with the objective to compel government to provide quality food as part of its primary responsibilities
(3) That, during his tenure as governor, Ochendo revolutionize all sectors including security where he courageously confronted and eliminated kidnapping which was alien to the state; Education, where he built and/or renovated 44 schools; Health, where he built about 712 health centers; Agriculture, where he established the famous liberation farms in the three senatorial district of Abia State and ensured that the state produced the best cocoa in Nigeria; judiciary and roads
